Installing Virtual Keyboard Driver

The virtual keyboard does not work properly in an environment (virtual machine such as VDI) where a physical device cannot be connected.

The Designer installation includes the virtual keyboard driver installation. If the virtual keyboard does not work properly after the installation, or if you cannot find “Root Enumerated Hid Device (Samsung SDS)” in the Device Manager (Computer > Properties > Device Manager), the virtual keypad driver may not have been correctly installed. If this is the case, you must manually install the virtual keyboard driver.
